Threshold Events & Custom Creations

Planning apparel or gifts for a group, organization, event, or special occasion? We create coordinated custom orders of 10 or more items for families, schools, churches, businesses, teams, ministries, celebrations, and community groups.

Group orders may include:

• Matching T-shirts or sweatshirts
• Polo shirts with a left-chest or pocket-area design
• Field trip, school, or team shirts
• Family reunion apparel
• Baby shower or birthday group shirts
• Church, ministry, conference, or retreat apparel
• Staff, volunteer, or business apparel
• Hats, hoodies, jackets, aprons, and other apparel
• Coordinated gifts or personalized items for groups

To begin your request, email theshoppe@swtherapeuticservices.com and include the following information:

• Type of item or items you are requesting
• Total quantity needed
• Quantity for each item, if requesting more than one product
• Date needed
• Preferred item colors
• Complete size breakdown, including the quantity needed in each size
• What you would like included in the design
• Preferred design placement, such as front, back, sleeve, left chest, or pocket area
• Names, dates, wording, logos, themes, or other special details
• Whether every item will have the same design or require different names, numbers, or wording
• Reference pictures, logos, or design inspiration
• Any additional information that may help us understand your request

Please allow 5–7 business days for your request to be reviewed and for someone from our team to respond. This review period does not include design or production time.

After reviewing your request, we will provide:

• A custom design mockup
• A price quote
• An estimated production timeline
• A separate invoice for payment

There is no need to check out or make a payment on this page. Production will not begin until the design, quantities, sizes, quote, and timeline have been approved and the invoice has been paid. No changes are to be made after mock-up is approved. 

Requested completion dates are not guaranteed until product availability and production time have been confirmed. Changes to sizes, quantities, personalization, or design details after approval may affect the price and completion date.
