Custom THRESHOLD THREAD Orders 

Looking for custom apparel created for yourself, a gift, a small group, or a special occasion? We offer custom designs, including T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, hats, and other apparel. 

To begin your request, email theshoppe@swtherapeuticservices.com and include the following information:

• Type of item you are requesting
• Quantity needed
• Date needed
• Preferred color
• Sizes or size range
• What you would like included in the design
• Preferred design placement, such as front, back, sleeve, or left chest
• Any wording, names, dates, colors, themes, or special details
• Reference pictures, logos, or design inspiration
• Any additional information that may help us understand your request

Please allow 5–7 business days for your request to be reviewed and for a response from our team. This review period does not include production time.

After reviewing your request, we will provide:

• A custom design mockup
• A price quote
• An estimated production timeline
• A separate invoice for payment

There is no need to check out or make a payment on this page. Production will not begin until the design, quantities, sizes, quote, and timeline have been approved and the invoice has been paid. No changes are to be made after mock-up is approved. 

Requested completion dates are not guaranteed until availability and production time have been confirmed. Reference images are used for inspiration and may be adjusted to create an original design suitable for your order.
